The Alt-Kerth Awards were started in 2001 by Pam, Wendy, Artemis, and Annette to cover technical things like websites and videos that weren't covered by The Kerth Awards.

A new committee took over for the Second Non-Annual Alt-Kerth Awards in 2003. Anna, Saskia, and Jana stepped up to continue the fun and recognize FoLCs' great (and sometimes silly) tributes to Lois and Clark.

With a change in the committee membership, Anna, Saskia, and Rachel geared up for the Third Non-Annual Alt-Kerth Awards in 2005.

The Fourth Alt-Kerth Awards were held by Anna, Saskia, Rachel, and Sara in 2006, marking the first time the awards had been held in a consecutive year, and proving that Lois & Clark is still very much alive in the hearts of it's fans.
